September Board Meeting

The Association will attempt to hold another Board Meeting through Zoom next week. We have not held a successful open meeting since social gatherings were restricted back in March and the business can only wait so long. Some of the items the Board will start discussions on will include the budget forecast for 2021, the operating rule revision and the P&E Trails that were blocked when the ranch fence west of Cheyenne Road was relocated.

The rule revision process was started in March and came to an abrupt halt due to the inability to hold a proper open meeting for the membership to provide input for the Board to consider. Even though we still are not able to sit down with each other for the discussion, the Board agrees that we need to start asking for member input once again if there is to be a possibility of approving a new set of rules and fine policy to implement next year. So far, only a few members have provided input in writing. A vote on this matter will not happen until the membership has been given plenty of opportunity to provide input so this will remain on open meeting agendas until the Board decides that they have recieved all the information needed to make a decision.

For those of you who are interested in the trail system, we finally have some good news to share regarding the P&E Trails that have become impassable in certain areas.
