As you may be aware, the governor issued an executive order to shelter in place and for all non-essential businesses to close their doors. Due to the way things have progressed with Covid-19 all activities at Black Creek Hall will cease until further notice. All meetings are postponed as well. The parks are still open and only the main building is closed. The outdoor amenities such as the playground and picnic areas are being sanitized regularly so Black Creek Park can still be enjoyed by those suffering from cabin fever, just remember to practice social distancing and avoid large gatherings when possible.
The manager will continue business from a remote location. Phone messages will be checked daily along with the mail and drop box. If you need to drop off forms for the office then please use the drop box near the main entrance to Black Creek Hall or send in by mail. For the quickest response send an email directly to aaron@coppercove.org. All the services we offer can and will be handled through regular or electronic mail and payments can be accepted by phone. Customer service through the management company, CID Consortium, will remain available and can be reached at 888-786-6000 x0.
