May Board Meeting

 

 

We are finally ready to hold open meetings again with a few changes due to current circumstances. Until the social distancing restrictions loosen up, all meetings will be held through phone conference. The instructions for how to join the meeting can be found in the agenda. If you require further assistance then contact the office and we will do our best to help.

The open forum section will be a little different as well. Due to the nature of the conference call it will be difficult to identify the members who wish to speak in open forum so until we are able to hold in person meeting again, we request that all open forum comments be submitted in writing to the office at least 24 hours before the start of the meeting. To prevent delays with mail it would be best to leave your written statements in the drop box outside the front door of Black Creek Hall or send by email to office@coppercove.org. If you do not get confirmation that the association received your open forum comments then assume we did not and double check with the office.

This is the first time the association will attempt a meeting like this so there may be technical difficulties or delays. Please bare with us and try to be understanding of the difficulties many of us are facing. If there are problems that prevent the meeting from being held, then it will be automatically rescheduled for the next day at 6:00 PM.
