After much consideration the board has decided it is time to start holding in person meeting again. All future meeting will also be conducted in person and online through the Zoom platform since we have learned how much easier it is for members to join when they are not in the area. Black Creek Hall will be setup based on all current guidelines from the California Department of Public Health for indoor social gatherings.
Staying on the subject of social gathering guidelines, the board will be discussing modifications to the facility closures that were set in place just over one year ago with main focus on opening private hall rentals and and fitness room hours.
There will also be updates on some of the P & E Trail projects, new signs for the facilities and the always exciting architectural reviews.
