The Copper Cove Association (CCA) was originally constituted in 1969 as the Copper Cove at Lake Tulloch Owners Association when the residential development on the shoreline around Lake Tulloch began. The lake was created in 1957. However, the majority of the association’s membership residents reside off the lake in the area’s beautiful foothills and valley’s. The lake is unique since the water level of the lake is maintained throughout the recreational season and is not subject to significant changes. Also few larger lakes allow for private houses and docks in the state.
CCA is comprised of over 2,000 properties in the Copper Cove subdivision of Copperopolis, California. Nearly 4,000 people live in the Copperopolis area with most of those residents living in our association. Among its many features are an Association-owned park facility, meeting hall, workout room, recreational center on Lake Tulloch, boat launch facility, equestrian facilities, and even a baseball park. Few Homeowner Association offer this level of facilities as does Copper Cove.
