The annual member meeting will be held on Saturday September 07, 2024 at 10:00AM. The Ballot Box will be present counting the ballots for the 2024 board of directors election. You may bring your ballot prior to the meeting, please come early if you have an unmailed ballot. The election results will be announced, the board will be seated at the open board of directors meeting following the annual member meeting. All members are encouraged to attend.
