The section of P&E Trails west of Cheyenne Road from Hoya Court to Mohawk Court is temporarily closed. The association was not informed when the adjacent land owner relocated the perimeter fence which effectively cut off over one mile of the trail. After many unsuccessful attempts to work with the land owner, the association is now prepared to take legal action to gain back some of the land for the trail to be usable again.
