On October 17th, the association held its Annual Member Meeting to conduct the Annual Director Election. Unfortunately, quorum was not met this year and the meeting has been rescheduled for November 14, 2020. The total number of ballots needed for quorum is 510 and we only received 469 valid ballots by the end of the open polls. Due to the lack of quorum in the first attempt, it will be reduced for the second attempt. Originally 25% or 510 ballots and 15% or 306 ballots, which we have already achieved. Even though quorum is already met for the next meeting, your vote still matters. If you still have your ballot, then fill it out and mail it in or contact the Ballot Box Services to request a replacement.
