The election for the Board of Directors will take place this Saturday. For those that have not mailed in your ballots yet, there will be an opportunity to submit a ballot in person during the open poll period. The polls will be open at Black Creek Hall from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM on Saturday, October 17th. Results will be announced at 6:00 PM. Even thought the hall will be open for the polls, the majority of the meeting will be conducted through Zoom. CLICK HERE to find the agenda with instructions on how to join online or by phone. We will have audio for the meeting playing outside the building for those who wish to listen to the meeting “in-person.”
The Ballot Box Election Services is handling all ballots. If you would like to confirm that they received your mail in ballot then send an email to info@ballotboxservices.com or call them at (888) 558-2887. If you have not received your ballot by mail then feel free to stop by Saturday and fill one out in person then confirm with the office that we have updated and correct contact information. Social distancing and face coverings will be required at all times while indoors.
