Copper Cove’s Response to COVID-19

As you may be aware, several cases of COVID-19 (the novel coronavirus) have been confirmed in Calaveras County. The Association is aware of some cases in town which have prompted the Copperopolis Elementary School to close until further notice. So far there has not been a decision to restrict activities in the facilities but we are taking precautionary steps to help prevent the spread of contagions in the community. The maintenance staff has been redirected to concentrate much of their efforts to daily sanitation of contact surfaces such as fitness equipment, door handles, light switches, etc. Please do your part to wash hands frequently and disinfect surfaces before and after use. Black Creek Hall has plenty of hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes for whoever uses the facilities.

Wednesday weekly bingo has been cancelled until further notice.

Copper Fire Bingo is the first social event that has decided to cancel this month due to the risks associated with COVID-19.
